IWhere we started
NextGen started in Sydney with a clear focus on residential renovations and clinical fitouts. The team came together around a shared idea: that the way a project is run matters as much as the work itself.

Who We Are
A property builder you can rely on. Renovations, fitouts and ongoing maintenance, designed, delivered and finished by one licensed team.
Less a timeline, more a record of the calls we made along the way. Each one still shows up in how we run a site today.
INextGen started in Sydney with a clear focus on residential renovations and clinical fitouts. The team came together around a shared idea: that the way a project is run matters as much as the work itself.
IIWe brought the trades into one team early. Plumbers, tilers, painters, and electricians, all part of the same team and answering to the same project lead. The decision shaped how we run every site since.
IIIWe work across Sydney on residential renovations, commercial fitouts, and ongoing property care. Same model, same team, same approach.
Every renovation has a hundred moving parts. These are the three we lock in at the start and hold to until handover. They've been the same since day one, whether it's a Sydney terrace bathroom or a multi-room clinical fitout.
Six trades, one team
The plumbers, tilers, painters, and electricians on your site work to the same brief and answer to the same project lead, so the standard doesn’t change from one trade to the next.
No surprise charges
Every project starts with a detailed written quote. The price you agree to is the price on the invoice.
Documented at handover
Waterproofing, plumbing and electrical all meet the Australian Standards that govern them. The full compliance pack accompanies handover.
The horizon we build toward
A Sydney property industry where considered building is the standard, not the exception. We’re not going to fix the whole industry, but we’ll keep raising the bar on the sites we run until it shifts.
How we run every job
To run every renovation and fitout the way we’d want it run for our own families and our own businesses. Anything less isn’t worth putting our name on the invoice.
We hold every job to a high standard, not an acceptable one. Considered details, refined finishes, and the small things that still look right years later.
In practice
Re-cutting a tile that’s 1mm off.
On site
A tile that’s 1mm out at the bottom is 5mm out at the top of a wall. We catch it at the second row, take a half-day to redo, and the client never sees the original. That’s the standard the team holds itself to without anyone asking.
You always know where your project is up to. Clear timelines, regular updates, and a direct conversation the moment anything needs to change.
In practice
A progress update at each stage of the job.
On site
You shouldn’t have to chase us to find out what happened on site today. You get a short update as the day wraps up, and if something needs a decision, we call rather than leave it sitting. No silence, no guessing.
We treat every project as if it were our own home. The decisions we make on your site are the ones we’d make on ours.
In practice
Site swept at the end of every day.
On site
On occupied sites, the family is the first priority. The driveway is swept before we leave. Loud work gets scheduled around school pick-up. Neighbours get a heads-up the day before the saw comes out. It’s your home, and we work in it like it’s ours.
One team, one point of contact, one clear process from first quote to final handover. We carry the complexity so you don’t have to.
In practice
One point of contact, start to finish.
On site
No juggling five trades, no chasing quotes, no wondering who’s turning up. You deal with one team that plans the job, runs it, and hands it back finished. The experience should feel as good as the result.
