Commercial Painting · Sydney
Repaint It Open.Keep It Trading.
Commercial interior and exterior painting for offices, retail, strata, and industrial properties. Works scheduled around your business hours. Trade-grade product, long-life finish.
Commercial painting matched to the building and the business inside it.
A commercial repaint has to happen without closing the doors. We work at the scale of the building and around the hours of the business, so the facade gets done and the tenants keep trading.
Trade-grade systems and full surface prep are what make a commercial finish last through weather, foot traffic, and the next lease renewal, not just look good at handover.
A single shopfront, a multi-storey strata building, an aged-care facility, or a new fit-out handover, each job is scaled to the building and the business inside it.

Every Commercial Painting Requirement.
Interior, exterior, protective coatings, and line marking - one licensed team, all on schedule.

Commercial Interior Painting
Office suites, open-plan floors, boardrooms, reception areas, amenities, and stairwells. Works scheduled overnight or on weekends so your staff arrive to a freshly painted space - not a building site.

Commercial Exterior Painting
Facades, rendered and masonry surfaces, metal cladding, and concrete tilt panels. Full surface preparation, primer system, and a long-life exterior topcoat. 10-year warranty on specified systems.

Strata & Body Corporate
Common area painting for apartment buildings, commercial strata, and mixed-use buildings. We coordinate with strata managers, work around residents and tenants, and provide a certificate of completion.

Industrial & Warehouse
High-build coatings, anti-corrosion systems, epoxy floor paint, and fire retardant coatings for industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse environments. Products selected for the exposure and substrate.

Retail & Hospitality
Brand-aligned colour schemes, feature wall treatments, shopfront painting, and food-safe wall coatings for commercial kitchens. Works timed around trading hours - we know a closed shop costs money.

Line Marking & Protective Coatings
Car park line marking, safety line marking in warehouses, anti-slip coatings on stairwells and ramps, and waterproof deck coatings for exposed concrete surfaces.

"The prep is where we win."

Prep. Prime. Paint. Protect.
Site Protection
Furniture, fixtures, floors, and fittings fully protected before work starts. Clean site, every day.
Surface Preparation
Sanding, filling, crack repair, and spot priming as required. We don't paint over problems - we fix them first.
Primer System
Correct primer selected for substrate and finish coat. Primer is not optional - it's what makes the topcoat stick.
Trade-Grade Topcoat
Dulux or Taubmans trade ranges. Two coats minimum. Correct sheen level for the environment and use.
Colour Consultation
Colour matching, brand colour specification, and sheen selection. We'll work from your brand guidelines if provided.
After-Hours Scheduling
Interior works can be scheduled overnight or on weekends to avoid disruption to your operations or tenants.
Site Clean-Up
All masking and protection removed, paintwork cleaned up, and site left spotless on completion.
Completion Documentation
Certificate of completion and product data sheets provided. Required by some strata managers and building owners.
Why Businesses Choose Us.
We Work Around You
After-hours and weekend scheduling protects your trading hours. We plan works so your staff, customers, and tenants aren't disrupted. A closed business costs you money - we plan to avoid it.
Trade-Grade Materials Only
We use Dulux and Taubmans trade ranges - not builder's grade or retail products. Trade products cover better, adhere better, and last longer. The extra cost is marginal; the difference in longevity is significant.
Prep Is Our Differentiator
Most paint failures come back to preparation. We sand, fill, repair, and prime every surface before we apply topcoat. It takes longer - but the finish holds, and you're not calling us back in two years.
Transparent Contracts
Your quote is your price. We don't add extra coats, extra materials, or extra labour to the invoice. Detailed scope, delivered as quoted.
One Licensed Team
Our painters work to a single standard and are accountable to your project lead. Booked times we keep, with a call the moment anything needs to change.
Colour Matching & Brand Specs
We match brand Pantone or HEX colours to the closest Dulux or Taubmans formulation and keep the colour record on file for future touchups. Your spaces stay consistent.

Common Questions
Yes, for low-VOC interior works in well-ventilated spaces. We use low-odour trade products where occupancy is required during works, and schedule the more disruptive preparation and priming steps outside business hours. For spaces that can't be occupied at all during painting, we work overnight or over weekends.
Timelines depend on the scope and access requirements. We provide a day-by-day programme at quote stage so you can plan around the works.
Yes. Provide us with your Pantone, HEX, or RAL colour reference and we'll formulate the closest match in Dulux or Taubmans trade ranges. We store the formula on file so future touchup work is consistent. If you have existing painted surfaces, we can tint to match on-site.
Trade paints (Dulux Weathershield, Taubmans Endure, etc.) are higher in pigment and binder content than retail ranges. They cover better in fewer coats, adhere more reliably to prepared surfaces, and maintain their finish for longer. For commercial applications where longevity and appearance matter, there's no substitute.
We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on all interior work and a 10-year system warranty on exterior repaints using specified Dulux or Taubmans exterior systems, applied to the manufacturer's specification. The warranty applies to the paint system - not fair wear and tear or damage caused by others.
Yes - this is routine for us. We liaise with strata managers, work around the OC approval timeline, and provide the documentation the manager needs for their records (scope of works, product data sheets, before-and-after photos, completion certificate). We also manage resident notifications where required.
