The tenant had outgrown the way their existing floor was carved up: too many small offices, not enough collaboration space, and finishes that hadn't been touched since the previous lease. They wanted a workspace that could flex between focused work and team sessions without feeling like a call centre.

We reconfigured the floorplate around an open working zone edged by glass-fronted meeting rooms and a proper staff kitchen and breakout. New ceilings, lighting, and acoustic finishes lifted the whole space, and a considered material palette gave the fitout a hospitality feel rather than a corporate one. Power and data were run through floor boxes so desks can move as the team changes.

The building was fully occupied around them, so noisy works were scheduled outside trading hours and deliveries booked through the loading dock to avoid clashing with other tenants. We protected lift lobbies and common areas and cleaned down each night.

The team moved into a floor that finally matches how they work. Six weeks, phased so their business kept running throughout.
